In a sale, both seller and buyer depend on an independent third party for handover and settlement. We are licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority to carry out settlements and ordinary estate agency — and we make sure the money is secured throughout.

- 04Signing with BankID — or a contract meeting in Førde
- 05Registration of a security bond in the Land Register
- 06Purchase price and costs received in our client account
- 07Registration of the deed and mortgage document
- 08Checking and settling statutory liens, common costs, ground rent and municipal charges
- 09Pro rata settlement between the parties
- 10Redemption and deletion of existing mortgages
- 11Documents and the settlement statement sent to both parties
- 12Payment of the purchase price, including any letter of undertaking to the buyer's bank
- 13Interest calculation and payout of interest earned on the client account
